Tax Levies and Liens
Taxpayers sometimes find themselves with tax levies and tax liens filed against them. Fucito, Giaccio and Associates have resolved all types of tax problems. We have the experience and knowledge to have the liens and levies postponed and or removed. Once the levy is postponed, we can determine whether the taxpayer actually owes the tax. If the tax burden is real, the next step is either an installment plan or an offer-in-compromise (discussed under Installment Payment Plans on Federal and State Taxes).
